产后大补特补真的对身体好吗?

中国素有产后进补的传统,年轻妈妈们从怀孕之初就被灌输产后进补的思想。生了娃,真正进入月子期时,也就自然而然接受婆婆的各种滋补汤了。但,产后大补特补真的对身体好吗?这可不一定!
