产后如何坐月子才好?

  坐月子是女人产后有必要阅历的进程。跟怀孕相比起来,坐月子貌似更加苦楚。由于家里老人总会给你施加许多禁锢:不能吹风、不能出门、不能洗澡洗头……这些传统的坐月子办法究竟对还是不对?
